1st Commercial Solar-Hydrogen House Created for Consumer in New Jersey

The first commercially produced consumer solar-hydrogen house has been created in Pennington, New Jersey by hydrogen pioneer, Mike Strizki. The dedication, which is by invitation only, will occur on Patriot Day, September 11, 2015 (however you can ask for an invitation on his website).

In 2006, Mr. Strizki built his first hydrogen house at his home in East Amwell, New Jersey. Since this was a brand, spanking new high tech project with no precedent, Mr. Strizki struggled with government officials over the permitting process.

Fast forward to 2015 and now the permitting process has now been worked out. Mr. Strizki is selling the Joule Box portable charge station (pictured above) that can turn any home into a solar-hydrogen house. It features solar and wind power coupled with batteries and hydrogen storage.

Not only will the Joule Box provide power to one’s home, day or night, but it will also recharge or refuel your EV or fuel cell vehicle.

Here’s an excellent 3:58 video that demonstrates the capabilities and expandability of the Joule Box featuring Mike Strizki himself.

For those wanting to live off-grid or for those who simply want to live a more eco-friendly lifestyle, the Joule Box will turn your home sweet home into a home sweet hydrogen home.
