Scandinavian
Hydrogen Highway
The Scandinavian Hydrogen Highway Project (SHHP) combines three
different local hydrogen refueling infrastructure projects in
the same region. The Scandinavian Hydrogen Highway Project joins
together the Denmark Hydrogen
Link Project, the Norway
HyNor Project and Sweden's HyFuture Project (Hydrogen
Sweden).
The map below shows the hydrogen refueling stations in Norway,
Sweden and Denmark that are under evaluation (red), under construction
(yellow) or in operation (green).

The purpose of the Scandinavian Hydrogen Highway Project is to
accelerate the movement to hydrogen as fuel throughout the region
and help entrepreneurs take advantage of this emerging technology.
Developing an environmentally-friendly and sustainable society
is also a stated goal of the SHHP.
The Scandinavian Hydrogen Highway Project hopes to coordinate
efforts and minimize fragmentation in the region in developing
hydrogen fueling infrastructure. SHHP
is trying to be the first commercial hydrogen fueling network
in the European region.
