The purpose of the Scandinavian Hydrogen Highway Partnership is to accelerate the movement to hydrogen as fuel throughout the region and help entrepreneurs take advantage of this emerging technology. Developing an environmentally-friendly and sustainable society is also a stated goal of the SHHP.

The Scandinavian Hydrogen Highway Partnership hopes to coordinate efforts and minimize fragmentation in the region in developing hydrogen fueling infrastructure. SHHP is trying to be the first commercial hydrogen fueling network in the European region.
