Two hydrogen conferences are coming to San Antonio, Texas on March 19 – 22, 2007 at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. Being held side-by-side are the NHA Annual Hydrogen Conference 2007 and the Hydrogen Expo US 2007. Last year’s conferences were held in Long Beach, California.

The NHA conference will feature new seminars on compressed hydrogen gas, homeland security and a ride and drive of 11 hydrogen vehicles, the most ever offered at any conference. The media, the conference attendees and the public will receive the chance to drive the vehicles. Hydrogen manufacturer Linde will be supplying both liquid and gaseous hydrogen onsite to refuel the vehicles.

Both the BMW Hydrogen 7 luxury automobile and the DaimlerChrysler F-Cell fire response vehicle are expected to be there as well. The ride and drive is free to the public on Wednesday, March 21. So, if you’re in the area, why not drop down to see the latest in hydrogen automotive technology?

Inside the convention center, Hydrogen Expo Us will feature fuel cells, H2 production using various renewable and non-renewable methods, storage and transport methods. In addition, the expo will feature seminars about hydrogen-on-demand technology, hydrogen production from sugar-rich wastewater and education on handling hydrogen for fire and life safety professionals.
