The National Hydrogen Association (NHA) Conference and Hydrogen Expo gets in full swing today in Columbia, South Carolina. The NHA Conference started March 30 and runs through April 3, 2009 so there is still time to attend or see the main events online.

Some of the highlights of the NHA Conference and Hydrogen Expo starting today include a keynote address by one of the founding members of Greenpeace, Patrick Moore, Ride ‘n’ Drive outside the Convention Center, Columbia, SC fuel cell district tours, Formula Zero demonstrations and Hydrail transportation systems.

On Wednesday, representatives for the fuel cell divisions of Honda and General Motors will speak at the morning keynote address, the Hydrogen Expo is open to the public, the California Fuel Cell Partnership will be a part of the Hydrogen Road Tour panel discussion, and home fueling and using wind power to produce hydrogen will be discussed.

Here is the full program for the NHA Conference and Hydrogen Expo for those still interested in joining. Another way to join is that for the first time, the NHA has put together a webinar package so that people at a distance from Columbia, SC can view various broadcasts from the event.

With over 1,500 attendees this year and 150 speakers, the 20th Anniversary NHA Conference is sure to grab a lot of attention. Since I can’t be there in person, I will be checking out the webinars throughout the week.
