Isn't it produced by electrolysis of Water - by Electricity which in the US is predominantly produced by burning COAL, which is mined from the earth releasing Methane? Where do you get your Hydrogen? The water vapor can be recycled and run through the fuel cell again and it also can be collected for disposal as liquid water later.
